We establish scope and milestones, coordinate the project’s design, engineering and trades, and agree how updates and decisions will be handled.
Build & communicate
Construction proceeds against the agreed scope. We keep you informed and discuss changes, their cost and their timing before additional work proceeds.
Review & close out
We walk through the completed work, address agreed close-out items and review care information and the written warranty terms for your project.
